[ CONCEPT ]
Made a long table with a capacity of 10 people for a café: Plaisir de l'œuf in the Hakone museum of photography.

The café has a unique atmosphere which is carefully custom made to be fine like an urban house but also rough and natural like a country lodge, with its concrete floor in which old railway sleepers are mounted, gnarled wood board wall, white beam and column of roof trus, and good daylight from the glass door to the garden.
There you can order a beer or a patissier made delicate french sweets, and you can get some souvenirs from there artist goods collection.

This long table was planned to be a uniter for the space of those elements, which are the concept of the archiect of the building, the taste of the owner, the sales items of the museum shop. The answer was thick block structure to suit the dynamic interior design of the café, and to make fine and warm curves on the edges of the table and its half transparent white colour finish to be enough chic for the fine tea cups and cakes.

They are also focused, to be easy to clean, and the low fabrication cost.
